The Presto 5900 Stainless Steel Wok has proven to be versitile and useful. We have used it for wonderful stir-fries, where it gets very hot, very fast, for soups, where it has excellent temperature control, and for making chili, where it works very well. It is easy to clean. Because it is large, it needs some dedicated counter space. I am completely satisfied with this item.
