Customer Review: 1st Time Griddle User.Love It!

After I got it,I washed it,let it dry throughly,then lightly-coated it with vegetable oil.
I also used plastic utensils only on this.
Just had breakfast,followed the directions on cooking times and settings.
Got to tell ya,I just had A fantastic breakfast!
Cooked my sausages,eggs,and hashbrowns perfectly.
I used A count-down timer on this.
Hashbrowns and sausages-Setting at 350 Degrees,15 Min
Eggs-Setting at 300 degrees,5 min.
I Like the built-in drip reservor.
Not enough room on heating surface thou,for 2 eggs,2 hashbrowns,and 4 sausages,had to do the eggs last,oh well,could be worse,still beats a frying pan.
Very Impressed With This Presto Griddle,Should Have Thought of This A Long Time Ago.
This thing is really small.
Let it cool down,before cleaning it,really gets hot fast!
Next project on this will be porkchops and steaks.
I highly recommend this fully!

Cast aluminum. 120v AC 1000 wattsIdeal for one person or two, this compact electric griddle with its 8-1/2-by-10-1/2-inch cooking surface cooks four fried eggs or two good-sized steaks. Coated with a slightly textured, durable nonstick finish, the griddle requires very little grease, thereby producing healthier food. For fattier meats like bacon, a built-in channel along one end catches drippings. When the griddle?s heat control is removed, the unit is fully submersible in warm, soapy water. The 1000-watt griddle plugs into any 120-volt outlet and automatically maintains temperatures ranging from warm to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
