Customer Review: "WOW" This is one LARGE family size skillet

This seemed impressive size wise, and the overall reviews were very good. Well, my skillet arrived today. All I can say is, this is with out a doubt, a very LARGE family size skillet. My reasons for only giving the skillet a 4 star rating are, no steam vent in the lid, and the legs have no non slip rubber pads/tabs on them. So, caution should be used (by holding the handle) when turning mets, stirring foods, or making scrambled eggs. As the unit can slide on the counter top. Other then these two (my personal preference) minor issues with the skillet. This skillet is a fantastic buy. Actually, I'm seriously considering purchasing an additional one. The contemporary design of the unit, is elegant enough to go right from the kitchen, to table top serving, indoors or out.
Review update 1/2/2010
Well, I ended up having a New Years Day Buffet for 30 people. I was able to cook 6 Lbs of shoe string hash browns potatoes (at one time) and after that 2 dozen scrambled eggs (at one time) in this skillet. So, needless to say. In as much as I would appreciate a vent hole & rubber non slip grips on the legs. This griddle did a fantastic job. We in fact did order a second one, just because of the exceptionally low price. So, my rating has now been changed to 5 stars. And I had no issues with the skillet sliding around on the counter.
