Purchased one about one year ago.Works great,Had to buy Two for my kids for Christmas gifts.They indeed are nice for Buffalo wings and Crab cakes,or any other thing that has to be fried.E-Z to clean . I have had different types of fryers ,Such Fry-Daddy and other brands,But this one really works ,and gets the job done.
